This means that it’s better suited for longer distances, rougher terrain and running with a backpack. With the midsole construction where a firmer moulded EVA “tub” has a softer EVA insert with a stabilizing non-woven layer below, GRYLLO unifies firm torsion and midsole softness. In addition to trail running, the shoe performs admirably for light trekking. Ladies last.
